Cordless Scanning with 6-Meter Reach for Forklifts and Wide Aisles

The BTH990 Series brings Bluetooth mobility to rugged 2D scanning. The long-range BTH9906Hxx reads 100mil barcodes from up to 6 meters away, so forklift operators can scan high-rack labels from the seat without a cable tying them to the terminal.

Choose the long-range BTH9906Hxx or the entry-level BTH9900Jxx, each offered in RU, HU, HM, and VM variants (see Models in the specifications). HM and VM variants add 1MB of onboard memory for offline batch scanning.

The BTH9906Hxx has an IP65-rated design (tested in-house) and is built to withstand 1.2m drops, supporting everyday use in dusty, busy facilities.

6m Long-Range Scanning (BTH9906Hxx)

Reads 100mil barcodes from up to 6 meters (20 ft), so operators can scan upper-rack labels without climbing or dismounting. This long-range capability is not available on the entry-level BTH9900Jxx (13 mil EAN-13: 10 to 310 mm). Performance may be affected by barcode quality and ambient conditions.

Bluetooth v5.2 Wireless Operation

Bluetooth v5.2 (Class 1) with up to 70~100 m line-of-sight range (varies by environment). The BTH9906Hxx cradle doubles as a Bluetooth receiver and charging stand, compatible with Apple iOS, Android, and Windows devices.

Rechargeable Battery & Offline Memory

A 3.7V, 3150mAh Li-Ion battery supports more than 10,000 scans per full charge (4~5 hour charge time). HM and VM variants add 1MB of memory, enough for more than 65,000 EAN-13 barcodes, so scans can be stored while out of range and synced when back in range.

Rugged IP65-Rated Design (BTH9906Hxx)

IP65-rated against dust and water splashing, tested in-house to IP65 conditions, with in-house drop tests from 1.2m to concrete.

2D Imaging & Comfortable Grip

Reads 1D and 2D codes, including QR Codes, on paper labels and screens; results depend on barcode quality and ambient conditions. The BTH9906Hxx gun-style grip is designed to reduce hand fatigue over long shifts.
